Project management involves coordination within and between partner organizations, and also between them and the funding agencies. Each partner organization is involved into several types of activities, activities that are coordinated by one or two partner organizations, taking the responsibility of their implementing and coordination across the partners. The project management team’s collaboration with the coordination teams of partner organizations is responsible for the entire project and the meeting of its aims.
